100% organic plant protection ( indicated by a green grasshopper on the back label)

I remember this wine from the first stage (after fermentation…) of its life. I was impressed by how slowly it evolves and develops… I think this is the main characteristic of possible great wines.

The grapes were pressed in whole bunches and the must was spontaneously fermented.

Released: September 2023. Aged in a steel tank and in used oak barrel for 2.5 years and further 1,5 years in bottle.
