What is “Fordítás”?
A special variety of wine produced in Tokaj since 1826. After preparing the “Aszú”, additional must or new wine is poured over the remaining raisins, then – following maceration and pressing – the wine is matured in oak casks for at least one year. It is also known as “secondary Aszú”.
Aged 15 months in oak barrel and 11 years in bottle, then released April 2021.
