Vineyard-selected dry hárslevelű, made with 100% organic plant protection, which is indicated by the little green grasshopper on the back label.
The grapes are pressed whole; the must fermented spontaneously. New wine aged in Zemplén oak barrels.
Released: January 2022. Aged 3.5 years in barrel and further 2.5 years in bottle.
