We have been waiting a long time to announce to you that you will find at https://lenkeypinceszet.hu/en/wines/ two of our very dear and important wines, EARLY JOYS and FLOW. Both wines are the fruit of the 2020 vintage.

• EARLY JOYS: the most time-consuming harvest, we go through all our vineyards to select from the vines everything that is not FURMINT, HÁRSLEVELŰ, OR YELLOW MUSCAT… but in some cases, we decide to blend these native grape varieties of Tokaj-Hegyalja to EARLY JOYS. It has happened with this wine too…
  • Varieties: Yellow Muscat 29,5%, Furmint 12%, Zenit 11%, Zengő 11%, Zalagyöngye 11%, Cserszegi Fűszeres 11%, Ottonel Muskotály 9% és Hárslevelű 5,5%.
  • Grapes grown under 100% organic plant protection which is indicated by a little green grasshopper on the back-label
  • Aging: 50% barrel, 50% bottle
  • 1147 bottles were produced
  • Food recommendation: Grilled mackerel, dill oil, black-root puree

• FLOW: our base-wine available again after 2018, from the three main grape varieties of Tokaj-Hegyalja.
  • Varieties: Furmint 60%, Hárslevelű 35% és Yellow Muscat 5%.
  • Grapes grown under 100% organic plant protection
  • Harvested from four vineyards of Mád – Kishegy, Vilmány, Középhegy and Holdvölgy –
  • 3707 bottles were produced
  • Food recommendation: Szent Jakab mussels, butter sauce, pear, kohlrabi
