This was the very first time when a good friend of mine Lajos Takács and me created a wine together. (Lajos Takács used to made wine for years in Hollóvár Winery, in Somló.)
This is a single vineyard wine, made of Furmint and Hárslevelű. Harvested in October, during the season we applied 100 percent organic plant protection. We did not used pressing after harvest, fermentation happened naturally in stainless steel tank, the wine spent three months in Hungarian oak barrel.
It has been bottled the 10th of May in 2016.
The wine spent three months in stainless steel tank, three month in oak barrel and 1.5 years bottle ageing, then released in december of 2017.
