We have focused on single vineyards since 2007. I was curious to see how our wine would taste if we harvested each vineyard separately. All our wines in 2007, with the exception of two, were blended from Furmint and Hárslevelű. This wine was harvested in October in the Kishegy vineyard.
Grape variety: 56 % Hárslevelű, 44% Furmint.
It was naturally fermented and aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months.
Released: in March of 2011, after 3 years of bottle aging.
