Second soaking of the aszú berries. The already soaked and pressed aszú berries are used second time. This wine made by this method. The aszú berries soaked for twentyfour hours of than pressed again. Thanks to the vintage, this is a rich, fatty wine. It is called second aszú, or Turning.
The wine aged 18 months in oak barrel and 8 years in bottle than released in December of 2017.
