The vintage of 2007 focused on the attributions of Bomboly vineyard. I wanted to get an answer what kind of wine can we produce with vineyard selection without variety selection. The wines of this vintage are blends of Furmint and Hárslevelű, with one or two exceptions. Bomboly 2007 has been harvested at the end of October. The must fermented naturally, the wine aged 18 months in Hungarian oak barrels until bottling.
Released in March of 2011, after 2 years of bottle aging.
